Cancelling an order
If the order has not been packed, we can cancel it outright. If it has shipped, please use the returns route.
The timeline
Before packing
Cancel free of charge. Nothing has left the stockroom.
Being packed
Call +1 212-256-0004 — we can often still stop it at the bench.
After despatch
The order cannot be cancelled; use the returns process instead.
Refund issued
Expect a complete refund to the original method within five to seven business days.
How to cancel
The fastest cancellation is a call to +1 212-256-0004 while the shop is open (Mon: Closed · Tue–Sun: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM).
Cancellations by us
Where Azza's Garden must cancel — breakage, a pricing mistake, an address outside our range — you are refunded in full and told the reason. We never substitute silently.
