This page explains what Azza's Garden collects when you order, why it is collected, and what you can ask us to do with it.

  1. What we collect

    We gather name, address, email, phone and order details. Nothing beyond that is requested.

  2. Why we collect it

    Order data is used operationally only. We neither sell nor rent customer information.

  3. Who else sees it

    Two recipients, both necessary: the courier for delivery, the payment provider for the transaction.

  4. Cookies

    Two cookie functions exist here: the shopping basket and the account session. Neither is used for advertising.

  5. How long we keep it

    How long we keep data is set by accounting rules, not by preference. Contact details go on request once returns have closed.

  6. Your rights

    Requests about your data go to [email protected]. We can delete records once the return window has passed.

  7. Children

    This shop is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

  8. Changes to this policy

    If this policy changes, the revised version replaces this page. Material changes affecting existing orders will be sent to the email address on the order.
